Add Forever to your guild
Run WoW Forever beside your current game as a second guild page under the same Discord server.
WoW Forever is Blizzard’s Classic+ game. Guild Pro treats every game as its own world, so a guild that plays two games gets two guild pages: one per game, side by side, under the same Discord server. This page is for admins who want to add Forever to a guild that already runs another game, such as Burning Crusade.
Before you start
- You must be an admin of the guild.
- Decide which Forever realm your guild will play on. See Forever realms.
- Do not change the Expansion field on the Guild card to do this. That moves your existing guild, with its teams, roster and loot, to the other game. Use Add a game instead.
Add the game
- Open Settings at /g/your-guild/settings (“your-guild” is your guild’s address). You can also press + Add a game in the game bar at the top of any guild page.
- Scroll to the Games card.
- In Add a game, choose WoW Forever.
- In Realm, pick a ruleset realm.
- Press Add game.
You land on the new page’s settings. Its address is your guild’s address with the game added on the end, for example /g/your-guild-forever.
What you get
- Its own guild page. Teams, roster, signups, loot and attendance all start empty. Nothing from your other game is copied in or mixed up with it.
- The same Discord and plan. Both games belong to one guild, so they share its Discord server and its Guild Master plan.
- The same name. The new page starts with your guild’s name, faction and timezone. You can change them on its Settings page.
- Today’s admins. Everybody who is an admin of any of your games when you press the button becomes an admin of the new one.
Officers and raiders are not copied. Rank in one game is not rank in the other.
Give Forever its own channels
The Forever page uses the same Discord server, but it does not inherit the first game’s channels. Until you choose some, its sheets and recaps have nowhere to go.
- Open the Forever page’s Discord bot page at
/g/your-guild-forever/bot. - Pick a channel for each kind of post, as you did for your first game. See Choose where the bot posts.
Slash commands follow the channel. A command typed in a channel that only your Forever page posts to acts on the Forever page: /raid there posts a Forever signup sheet and checks that you are an officer of the Forever page. In a channel both games use, or neither, commands act on the game your Discord server was first set up for.
Switch between games
Once a guild runs more than one game, a Game bar appears at the top of every guild page with one tab per game, for example Era and Forever. Clicking a tab takes you to the same section in the other game: from one roster to the other roster, not back to the overview.
If you belong to both, the guild switcher in the sidebar lists them with the game beside the name so you can tell them apart.
Set who runs Forever
After the game is added, admins are set per game.
- Open Members & alts on either game’s page.
- In the Admin of column, tick the games each person should administer.
You can only change the box for a game you administer yourself. See Ranks and admins.
Bring your members across
The new page has no members except its admins.
Before launch, you do not need anybody to join it. Post a roster call in Discord and people pick a main and alts under their Discord name, with no Guild Pro account needed. See the /rostercall command.
When people should join the Forever page itself, create an invite link on its Recruitment page. Members of your other game’s page can use it: the two pages count as one guild, so the one-guild-at-a-time rule does not stop them. They join the Forever page with the role the link gives, and their role on the other page stays as it is.
Characters do not cross games. Characters already on your other game’s roster are not offered when somebody joins the Forever page, and they stay where they are.
The preliminary roster
On a Forever guild page, Guild roster opens with a Preliminary roster card. It shows what people told the Discord roster call they plan to play: counts per role, a list per class, and one row per person with their main and alts. Each roster call you post is its own version, and you can switch between them at the top of the card.
None of it is tied to a character or an account. Once Forever launches on 4 November 2026, raiders claim their real characters as usual.
Good to know
- A guild can run each game once. If Forever is already there, it is not offered again.
- The
/rostercallcommand always posts for your Forever page, whichever game your Discord server defaults to. If your Discord has no Forever page yet, the bot tells you to add one here.
