Use the recruitment board
List your guild on the public recruitment board, or list yourself as a player looking for a guild.
The recruitment board at /recruitment is a public page with two lists: Guilds recruiting and Raiders looking. Officers put their guild on the first list. Any signed-in player can put themselves on the second.
List your guild
For officers and admins.
- Open Recruitment at /g/your-guild/recruitment (“your-guild” is your guild’s address). You can also press Post a listing on the board.
- Fill in the Your listing card:

| Recruiting | Click the roles and classes you need: Tank, Healer or any class. |
| Size | 40-man, 25-man, 20-man or 10-man. |
| Loot | Loot council, DKP, EPGP, Soft-res or Priority. |
| Nights, Start, Timezone | Your raid schedule. Prefilled from your standing raid nights if you have set them. |
| Progress | Free text, for example your current boss count. |
| Culture tags | Up to six short tags, separated by commas. |
| Discord invite | Optional. Must be a Discord invite link. |
- Decide whether to tick Publish our verified attendance on the card.
- Press Save listing.
- Press Put on the board.
Saving and showing are separate on purpose, so you can draft a listing before anybody sees it. Once the listing is live, the card on the board updates whenever you save.
Take it down
Press Take off the board on the same card. Your saved text stays for next time.
About the attendance figure
The attendance percentage on your card is worked out from your guild’s recorded raids. You choose whether to publish it. You cannot edit what it says.
What visitors can do
- Filter guilds by Recruiting, Size, Nights and Min attendance.
- Click a guild card to open the guild’s public page, which has a button to apply.
- Click a raider to open their profile.

List yourself as looking
For any player.
Before you start
You need at least one claimed character. If you have none, sync with the companion app or paste an export on the import page first.
Steps
- Open your profile page and find the Recruitment board section.
- Choose the Character the listing is about.
- In Open to, choose Offers · a main-raid spot or Alt runs only.
- Optionally fill in Available and Note.
- Press List me.
Keep it current
- A listing lasts 30 days, then drops off the board by itself.
- Press Renew 30 days to extend it.
- Press Update listing after changing any field.
- Press Take me off to remove it straight away.
When a guild accepts your application, your listing is removed for you.
