Find your way around the guild dashboard

Learn what each section of your guild's dashboard is for and who can open it.

Every guild has a dashboard at /g/your-guild, where “your-guild” is your guild’s address. This page is a tour for raiders, officers and admins.

Open the dashboard

Click Dashboard in the top bar once you are signed in.

  • With one guild, you go straight to it.
  • With several guilds, the button becomes a menu of them. Opening /dashboard directly takes you to your primary guild. Set it on /me under Guilds with Make primary.
  • With several guilds and no primary set, /dashboard lists your guilds to pick from.

If you are not a member, the page says so and asks you to have an officer add you from their Members page.

The sidebar

The sidebar lists every section. A section you cannot open is shown greyed out with the role it needs, so you know to ask for it.

At the top of the sidebar is your guild’s name, realm and your role. If you belong to more than one guild, click that block to switch. You stay on the same section in the other guild.

The Game bar

If your guild runs more than one game, a Game bar above the sidebar switches between them. Each game has its own roster, signups, loot and attendance. Admins also see + Add a game.

What the Overview shows

  • The header: realm, number of raiders, characters and teams. Officers get a + New raid button.
  • Nothing here yet: shown to a new guild, with the steps still to do.
  • This week: each raid night with When, Raid, Team and Signed. A standing night with no signup sheet shows “no sheet”, and officers get a Post it link. A sheet below its size shows how many it is short.
  • Needs an officer: people who dropped out or asked to swap on a published roster. Open roster takes you to it.
  • Last raid: links to the recap and the loot.
  • Addon: whether exports are arriving. If the last one was more than two days ago, it says so.

What the Control panel does

Officers can act from one page:

  • Say something: type a message and click Post announcement. It goes to the announcements channel set on the Bot page.
  • Chase the silent: Chase now sends a direct message to people who have not answered an upcoming published roster.
  • Automations: see each one and what it does. Only admins can flip the switches.
  • Go to: shortcuts to common pages.
  • What the bot did lately: the last 15 bot actions.
