Guild Pro is a toolkit for running World of Warcraft guilds: rosters, signups, attendance, loot ledgers, and the public data pages built from what players upload. Parts of the service change often — features may be added, altered or retired, and demo data is clearly labelled as demo data.
You sign in with Discord and are responsible for what happens under your account and your upload tokens. Keep tokens private; roll them if they leak. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country to use Guild Pro.
You own the gameplay data you upload. By uploading it you give Guild Pro the licence it needs to function — to store it, show it to you and your guild, and blend it into public aggregates such as drop rates and leaderboards. That licence ends for your identifiable data when you delete it; already-blended aggregates keep only the non-identifying totals.
Your attendance and loot history follow your account, not your guild. Officers can annotate records; they cannot publish, sell or delete yours.
Do not upload fabricated data as real, scrape or bulk-harvest other players' data, probe or overload the service, impersonate other players, or use Guild Pro to harass anyone. A portable reputation system only works if the numbers are honest and the people are safe — accounts that poison either get removed.
Guild admins are responsible for what their guild posts through Guild Pro — announcements, listings, recap cards. Recruitment listings must describe the guild honestly; verified numbers on a listing come from the data, not the advert.
Guild Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. You are responsible for your own compliance with Blizzard's terms while playing; the addons record only what the game's own addon API exposes.
Player accounts are free, forever. Guild plans are billed per guild, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices can change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
Guild Pro is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy and uptime and promise neither; addons break on patch day and samples can be thin, and the site says so where it matters. To the maximum extent the law allows, Guild Pro's liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, with an explanation except where the law or an active abuse case prevents one. Section 3 survives: deletion of your data works the same either way.
When these terms change, the date above changes and material changes get called out on the changelog before they take effect. Questions: legal@guildpro.io.
