Your account. Signing in uses Discord OAuth. We receive your Discord id, username and avatar — never your password, and never your messages. There is no Guild Pro password, because we do not want to hold one.
Your gameplay data. Everything else on this site is data you (or your guildmates) choose to upload: addon exports pasted by hand or synced by the desktop app. That means characters, raid attendance, loot, PvP records and world statistics as the addons recorded them in game. Nothing is collected from your computer beyond the addon SavedVariables files the app is pointed at.
Upload tokens. If you use the desktop app, it authenticates with a token you mint on the import page. The token identifies your account for uploads and nothing else.
Cookies. A session cookie when you sign in, and a gp-data cookie that remembers whether you are looking at live or demo data. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no analytics that follow you off this site.
We show it back to you and your guild, and we aggregate it into the public boards — drop rates, leaderboards, realm statistics. Aggregates are the product; your individual data stays under your control.
We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not "with partners". If that ever changed, this page would change first and loudly.
Your profile is opt-in. A player who hides their profile disappears from the raider directory and recruitment pages entirely. A guild master can annotate your record but can never publish it for you.
Your data follows your account, not your guild. Leaving a guild takes your history with you.
Export and deletion. You can export everything tied to your account, and you can ask for it to be deleted. Deletion removes your account, characters, tokens and uploads; facts already blended into public aggregates (a drop-rate denominator, a realm total) are kept only in that blended, non-identifying form.
The service runs on infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: our database and hosting providers, and Discord for sign-in. Item icons are loaded from Wowhead's public CDN, which sees the ordinary request metadata any image host sees. None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.
Gameplay data is kept while your account exists, because a raiding résumé is the product. Upload tokens can be rolled at any time from the import page — rolling one immediately invalidates the old one. Data moves over TLS and is stored with access controls; no system is unbreachable, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Guild Pro is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age your country sets for consent), and we do not knowingly hold their data. If that has happened, contact us and it will be removed.
Guild Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Game data displayed here was recorded by addons running under your own account and uploaded by you.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes and material changes get called out on the changelog. Questions, exports and deletion requests: privacy@guildpro.io.
