Show attendance with /attendance
Use the /attendance command to post who showed up, ranked by raid nights attended.
/attendance posts a ranking of your guild’s raiders by how many raid nights they attended. Anyone in the server can run it.
Before you start
- The Discord must be connected to a guild.
- Attendance comes from raids imported from the addon. See How sync works.
Syntax
/attendance [days]
Options
| Option | What it sets | Allowed values | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
days | How far back to look. | 1 to 180 | 30 |
A number above 180 is treated as 180.
Example
/attendance days:60
What the bot posts
A public message titled “Attendance - last 30 days” (with your number of days). It shows:
- How many raid nights were in the window and how many raiders were seen.
- The top 15 raiders, each as nights attended out of the total, with a percentage. For example “6/8 nights (75%)”.
- A count of any more raiders beyond the top 15.
- A Full attendance link to your guild’s attendance page at /g/your-guild/attendance, where “your-guild” is your guild’s address.
The message has no buttons. It can take a few seconds to appear.
How nights are counted
- Only raids count. Dungeon runs are left out.
- Runs that start within five minutes of each other count as one night. This covers two people uploading the same raid.
- Names are character names as the addon recorded them.
Things to know
- If there are no raids in the window, the bot replies “No raids recorded in the last 30 days.” with a link to the attendance page.
- If the Discord is not connected, the bot replies privately “This Discord is not connected to a guild yet.”
