You can always create links. A link can never grant more than the person who made it holds, so an officer cannot mint an admin link.
The public door is /guild/demo/apply — it is linked from the guild's public page and the recruitment board whenever your listing is open. Verified numbers ride beside whatever the applicant typed, and absence reads as absence, never as zero.
Wording edits save in place. Changing the shape — adding or removing a question — makes a new version, and old answers keep rendering against the questions they were actually asked.
